With extensive healthcare leadership experience and as the Chief Information Officer at HB, I am passionate about leveraging data and technology to improve the quality and efficiency of health care services. I have a MBA degree in Health Services Management from DeGroote School of Business, and I am skilled in process improvement, electronic health records (EHR), and strategy implementation. As the CIO, I lead the design and execution of the digital transformation strategy for HB, overseeing the development and integration of innovative solutions that enhance the patient experience, streamline the workflows, and optimize the performance. I also serve as a member of the Board of Directors at Child Development Institute, a non-profit organization that provides evidence-based programs and services for children and families with special needs. Prior to joining HB, I was the Director of Enterprise Information Management at The Hospital for Sick Children, where I managed the data governance, analytics, and reporting functions for the hospital. I am committed to advancing the field of health informatics and fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation among my peers and stakeholders.
