Mark is the Director of Patient Experience at Trillium Health Partners, where he leads a team that supports patients, families and caregivers in their journey navigating care and embedding their perspectives in care design and delivery. Mark has worked at three levels of the health care system, including Health Canada, Ministry of Health, Health Quality Ontario, homecare and acute care. Mark specializes in patient experience and engagement where he has built many programs that integrate lived experience into health care policy, strategy, quality improvement, reporting, and delivery of care.
