I have spent the last 50 years working as a finance and performance management specialist – as a consultant, organization leader, teacher, public servant, public speaker and author. I love working with people. My greatest pleasure is to help people and organizations become more successful. This happens through improved strategy fueled by excellent measurement and management practices.

Indeed, it was a great honour to be named one of the “Top 100 Most Influential People” in the US accounting world in 2005, 2006 and 2007 by “Accounting Today”.

• Spent 9 years teaching Controllership and Value Management to international masters level students at Business School of Burgundy, France

• Served Prophix Software, a leading developer of corporate performance management (CPM) software, as a thought leader to assist the company.

• Acting as CFO and mentor to a number of company leaders and startup

• Introduced Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly and spearheaded implementation of the first pilot project in Burlington Ontario. Now in process of scaling up in the Region of Halton and hopefully Ontario

• Appointed Deputy Mayor of Burlington responsible for Strategy, Budgets, Process Management and Performance Measurement
